Frequently Asked Questions
Do unused monthly credits roll over?
Monthly credits refresh every month. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.
Do credit packs expire?
Credit packs never expire. Most features require an active paid subscription.
Can I upgrade my plan anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade anytime and we prorate the charge. Your remaining credits update based on what you've already used.
Can I downgrade my plan anytime?
Yes. You can downgrade anytime. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
How does storage work if I downgrade?
If you downgrade to a plan with less storage, your existing files are not deleted. If your saved media exceeds your new storage limit, your account becomes read-only for uploads and creation until you delete files or upgrade your plan. You'll still be able to access your existing content, but you won't be able to upload or create new assets until you're under the limit.
What is Auto Top-Up?
Auto Top-Up automatically adds credits when your balance runs low. It is optional and set to OFF by default. You can enable, adjust, or disable it anytime in the app.
Do you offer enterprise plans?
Radiate Studio is designed to scale from individual creators to large productions. For enterprise-level questions, please contact us at support@radiatestudio.ai.
Do you use my content to train AI models?
No. Radiate Studio does not train foundation models on your prompts, uploads, or private projects. All AI outputs are generated using licensed third-party model providers. We may use aggregated or anonymized usage data to improve platform performance and reliability, but we do not use your private content to train models without your explicit permission.
Where is my data processed and stored?
Radiate Studio operates globally and processes data in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. We use approved safeguards such as the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses to protect international data transfers, and we apply strong technical and organizational security measures to safeguard your information.
